Robison was a signee in last years class, but redshirted in Lubbock in 2012.   He will have three years of eligibility remaining after sitting out 2013 due to NCAA transfer rules.  He joins former Red Raider Tucker Tuberville, the son of Tommy Tuberville, who originally transferred to Cincinnati with his father but has now decided to walk on for the Auburn Tigers this fall.

Robison had this to say about the new coaching staff at Texas Tech, “They changed to a 3-man front and moved me to linebacker,” he told the Commercial Appeal on Tuesday. “And I went to Texas Tech to play defensive end.”

According to auburnauthority.com, Robison has accepted a scholarship offer from coach Gus Malzahn and will begin using his three remaining years of eligibility during the 2014 season.
