Texas Tech Deputy Athletic Director Joe Parker Discusses Social Media, TV Deals, the Future of the Red Raiders and more on Jack Dale's Sportsline.

Joe Parker joined JAck and Steve on Thursday's Sporsline and discussed the affects of social media in college athletics. They also discussed conference stability, the TV deals, fan involvement and more. They also got into his past, including his time with Michigan, Washington State and Oklahoma and his friendship with Athletic Director Kirby Hocutt.
