The Texas Tech Red Raider Football program announced the 2013 recruiting class on National Signing Day.

I am really excited about this class,” said first year Head Coach Kliff Kingsbury.

Obviously we got in the game really late, but I thought these coaches did an outstanding job of finishing strong.”

The Red Raiders signed 22 players on Wednesday, including four offensive linemen, and Kingsbury said they could contribute immediately.

“I would say any of the offensive linemen jump out…as far as specific names we recruit them all to play.

I think that is our philosophy and we wouldn’t recruit a guy if we thought he is a project. Down the road we want guys who can help us right now.”

Texas Tech opens the season August 31st on the road facing the SMU Mustangs.
