Texas Tech Hosts New Mexico for a Midweek Series

Texas Tech Baseball returns to the home diamond tonight hosting 12-28 New Mexico tonight and tomorrow for a two game midweek series. The Red Raiders return from a rough 9 game road trip today where the Red Raiders went 4-5 and getting swept last weekend at Kansas State. Tonight’s first pitch is at 6:30pm.

Taking the mound for Texas Tech will be Duke von Schamann (2-1, 7.88 ERA) opposite Austin House (0-1, 6.33 ERA) for the Lobos.

Texas Tech has lost 10 of 12 conference games and now sit in 9th place in the Big 12 Conference and are in danger of missing the Big 12 Tournament for first time since 2008.
