Texas Tech Lady Raiders Defeat Missouri 76-49
The Texas Tech Lady Raider basketball team returned to the win column Sunday afternoon defeating the Missouri Tigers 76-49 inside the United Spirit Arena.
The win gave the Lady Raiders the season sweep over the Tigers, after defeating Missouri by six in Columbia back on Jan. 7th. It also improved the Lady Raiders record to 16-6, and 4-6 in Big 12 play.
Texas Tech was led offensively by Junior Guard Casey Morris who dropped in 15 points while nabbing six rebounds and grabbing two steals.
Christine Hyde and Kierra Mallard also scored in the double digits for the Lady Raiders with 12 and 10 points respectively.
Texas Tech will return to action Wednesday Feb. 8 with a 7 p.m. road test against Oklahoma State.
