Texas Tech Lady Raiders Fall 77-73 to Oklahoma, Squander 3 Seed in Big 12 Tournament

Texas Tech Lady Raider Basketball dropped their second game in a row Monday night.

The Lady Raiders fell to the Oklahoma Lady Sooners 77-73 on Senior Night and squandered a chance to finish in second place in the Big 12 Conference.

Christine Hyde led the Lady Raiders with 22 points and Chynna Brown added in 21 points. The Lady Raiders and Lady Sooners exchanged leads late in the game, but Tech couldn’t overcome the free throw shooting of Oklahoma.

The Lady Raiders are 21-9 on the season and 11-7 in the Big 12. Tech falls to the 4 seed in the Big 12 Tournament and will play either West Virginia or Oklahoma State at 11 a.m. on Saturday in Dallas.
