The Texas Tech men's basketball team is looking to earn their first set of back-to-back conference wins since February of 2011 when they travel to Fort Worth to take on TCU on Saturday.  Tubby Smith and company are coming off the team first win against a ranked opponent since they beat a #10 ranked Washington team back in 2009.  They took down the #12 ranked Baylor Bears by a score of 82-72 earlier in the week.  Jaye Crockett (pictured on the right) led the Red Raiders in the win as he poured in 19 points in the win.

With the win the Red Raiders are back above .500 as they now sit at 9-8 on the year but still just 1-3 in Big 12 play.  This weekends match up may be one of the few this year that Texas Tech is favored.  They swept the season series with the Horned Frogs last year as they too struggled mightily last season.  The leader for TCU is Kyan Anderson who is averaging 15.1 points per game and adding almost 5 assists (4.8) per contest.

Tip off for Saturday's game is set for 5pm from Daniel Meyer Coliseum in Fort Worth and can be seen on FOX Sports SW.
