The Texas Tech men's basketball team did something over the weekend that the program has not been able to do in three years.  That was win back-to-back Big 12 games which was what they did with their 60-49 win on Saturday.  The Red Raiders would blow a 14-point first-half lead and trail at halftime (24-23) before bouncing back to follow up their win over #12 Baylor earlier in the week.  Tubby Smith and company also snapped a 12-game road losing streak that dated back to its win against the Horned Frogs last season.

Dusty Hannahs led the team in scoring with 13 points, and Dejan Kravic added 12 points, 10 rebounds, and five blocks in the win.  The Texas Tech defense was the story of the game though as TCU shot just 20.4% from the field as they only made 10 field goals in the contest.  They also out rebounded the Horned Frogs 41-29 which has been a weak spot for the Red Raiders.

With the win, the Red Raiders are now 10-8 on the year and 2-3 in Big 12 play.  They will try and avenge a conference loss they took at home earlier in the year when they travel to Morgantown, West Virginia to take on the Mountaineers with tip off for that game is set for 7 pm.
