Texas Tech Soccer Coach Tom Stone Talking About the Women’s World Cup on the Williams & Hyatt Show [AUDIO]

Texas Tech women’s soccer coach Tom Stone joined the Williams & Hyatt Show from the road to discuss the United States loss to Japan in the Women’s World Cup, and to give fans a preview of what to expect from the Lady Raiders this upcoming season.

“I think we had a lot of breaks,” Stone said “but in this particular game it all went Japan’s way.”

Stone also went on to explain how the selection of the back four defenders may not have been the most beneficial move to the club, as all four of the players were natural center-backs.

“Our women really do scare every team in the world, and it’s clear we did not scare Japan on the day,” Stone said.
