TexasTech.com

Texas Tech Red Raider Soccer marked a program milestone with the latest NSCAA rankings as they continue a season long home stand.

The Red Raiders are 23rd in the latest NSCAA rankings for this week, up one spot from last week. The new ranking comes on the heels of the Red RaidersĀ  defeating New Mexico 1-0 in the season opener in Albuquerque and a 6-0 blowout victory over Colorado State this past Sunday.

The Red Raiders next face the Idaho State Bengals on Friday and the Long Beach State 49ers on Sunday at the John Walker Soccer Complex as part of their season-long five match home stand.

The Bengals are 2-0 on the season after sweeping their in-state rivals in Boise State and Idaho. Long Beach State is 0-1 on the season after falling to Northern Arizona 1-0 last weekend. Long Beach will face Santa Clara on Thursday night before traveling to Lubbock on Sunday.
