Texas Tech Softball completed its regular season schedule Monday afternoon with a 2-1 victory over Oklahoma State.

The Red Raiders jumped out to an early 2-0 lead after scoring a run apiece in the first and second innings.

Oklahoma State’s lone role came in the fifth.

Cara Custer picked up the win for Tech pitching all seven innings, striking out four, walking six and giving up the one earned run off five-hits.

The win gave the Red Raiders their second straight 40-win season, finishing 40-15 overall and 13-10 in Big 12 play. It was also Techs first winning conference record since 2001.

The NCAA Softball Selection Show will air at 9 p.m. Sunday evening on ESPNU. Texas Tech will be looking for its third-straight selection.
