The Texas Tech men's basketball team wrapped up their non-conference schedule on Monday night as Mount St. Mary's came to town.  Monday's contest was the 750th career game coached by Tubby Smith, who also coached at Tulsa, Georgia, Kentucky, Minnesota before coming to Texas Tech.  His all time record now sits at 519-231 all-time.

Jaye Crockett and Dejan Kravic led the Red Raiders on the offensive end as each poured in 14 points in Monday night's win.  The Red Raiders had it's best game shooting the ball last night as they shot a stifling 63.3 % from the field.  Texas Tech also shot well from the free throw line, converting 18 of 21 (85.7%).  It marked the ninth straight game that the Red Raiders had shot 70% or better from the line.

With this win wrapping up the non-conference portion of the schedule for Tubby Smith and company, they will open Big 12 play on Saturday with tip off set for 12:30 pm from the United Spirit Arena against the undefeated Iowa State Cyclones (12-0).
