Texas Tech vs Kansas Game Preview

The Texas Tech Red Raider football team is looking to get their season back on track this Saturday as they are trying to stop a four game losing skid they are currently on.  They welcome the Kansas Jayhawks to town as they too are looking to turn a rough start around.  Both teams up to this point are sitting at 2-4 on the year with an 0-3 Big 12 mark record.  Texas Tech holds the series lead in this match up as they have taken fourteen of the fifteen games played between these teams along with winning seven straight games dating back to 2004.  The lone loss to the Jayhawks came back in 2001 in a 34-31 overtime loss in Lubbock.  Kliff Kingsbury and company will be looking for their 53rd all-time win on homecoming this year.  Kickoff for this game has been set for 2:30pm with our countdown to kickoff show beginning at 11:30am on Saturday.
