The Texas Tech women’s tennis team will host its final two home matches of the season at the McLeod Tennis Complex, as Iowa State and No. 38 Nebraska come to town.

Iowa State (11-8, 1-5) comes to town on Friday with the match scheduled to start at 4 p.m. On Sunday Tech (14-4, 4-1) will host Nebraska (16-3, 4-1) in its final home match scheduled at 11 a.m. The women’s tennis program will honor senior Kelsy Garland at the Nebraska match. Garland will finish her career in the top five in both singles and doubles career victories. During her career she was named All-Big 12 doubles in 2009 and has been a two-time first team Academic All-Big 12 selection.

Elizabeth Ullathorne will be trying to extend her two-match win streak started after beating No. 21 Aeriel Ellis of Texas last week. She is 9-9 on the season and 3-2 in conference. Samantha Adams will try to get back on track after falling at the No. 2 last week. Adams is 13-3 overall and 4-1 in Big 12 play. Haley Fournier, who clinched the match versus Texas, is 3-2 in conference play and 8-6 overall.
