It's opening day for college baseball today, February 19th, so let's all join the National College Baseball Hall of Fame as they celebrate National College Baseball Day.

The first year of this celebration is aligned with the NCAA Division 1 baseball opening day but it is meant to honor college baseball at all levels.

Join the College Baseball Hall of Fame as they share facts about college baseball through social media and their website www.collegebaseballhall.org. The day also brings a day full of games and a hashtag so you can join in on the fun. If you have a memory to add use #NationalCollegeBaseballDay on your preferred social media site.

"All of us with the Hall of Fame are excited to use this as another chance to bring attention to college baseball at all levels," said Mike Gustafson, president and CEO of the National College Baseball Hall of Fame. "There are so many great things about this game that we can share, and this gives us a fun way to do that. After all, baseball is a game that brings people together, and we want to celebrate that."

You can find the College Baseball Hall of Fame at @CollegeDiamonds on Twitter or Like them on Facebook.

Make sure you to watch Texas Tech all weekend long at Dan Law Field at Rip Griffin Park.
