The Dallas Cowboys have decided to part ways with two players who had spent the majority of the off season on the IR.  Those players were guard Nate Livings and defensive tackle Travis Chappelear.

Nate Livings (Pictured on the Left) started all 16 games at guard for the Cowboys in 2012, but was limited by injury in the buildup to this season.  He will still receive his $1.7 million base salary, which was guaranteed as part of the five-year, $19 million deal he signed in 2012.

The settlement with Chappelear comes just a few weeks after he injured his foot during team warmups for the preseason game against Arizona. Chappelear was only with the team for about a week.
