The Texas Tech Lady Raiders are trying to put a nine game losing streak behind them as they head to one their toughest match-ups of the season.  They head to Waco on Wednesday night to take on the Lady Bears of Baylor. This is the fourth straight game for Candi Whitaker's squad against a top 25 opponent, which is a big part of why they are still win-less in conference play (0-8).

Texas Tech is led by senior guard Amber Battle, who is also one of the leading scorers in the conference.  She comes into the this contest averaging a team high 18.4 points and is the only Lady Raider averaging in double figures.  She is also the teams top rebounder, grabbing 7.8 boards a game.  The next closest to her in scoring is red-shirt freshman guard Minta Spears at 8.7 per contest.

Tip off for Wednesday night's game is set for 7pm from the Farrell Center in Waco and can be seen on FOX Sports SW Plus.
