Townsquare Media Lubbock is Your New Home for Baylor Football

If you're a fan of Baylor Football, you'll be able to listen to Baylor on Townsquare Media Lubbock this fall.  All 12 regular season games (plus a possible bowl game) will be aired in Lubbock.  Most games this season will air on News/Talk 790, KFYO, with the remainder airing right here on SportsRadio 1340 The Fan.

Our coverage of the Bears starts Friday night with TCU vs Baylor on SportsRadio 1340 The Fan.  The Baylor pregame show will start at 6:30p and kickoff is at 7p.

Baylor alum, John Morris, returns as the play-by-play voice of Baylor this fall. The "Voice of the Bears," John Morris (Baylor, 1980), enters his 25th year broadcasting Baylor football and men's basketball in 2011-12. The Kentucky native also produces the daily "State Farm Baylor SportsBeat," daily Big 12 reports and co-hosts the award-winning "Inside Baylor Sports" television show. Morris also hosts the "State Farm Baylor Hour" January through May and a daily 60-minute program, "The John Morris Show," on Waco's 1660 ESPN Radio. This is Morris' 16th year as signature voice of Baylor athletics since succeeding the legendary Frank Fallon. In November 2002, he was presented the Frank Fallon Sportsmanship Award by the Greater Waco Chamber of Commerce.
