Tubby Smith and the Texas Tech men's basketball team will try and build off the momentum built from last Saturday's win over #19 Oklahoma State when they head to Norman, Oklahoma on Wednesday.  The Sooners beat Tech in Lubbock back on January 25th by a score of 74-65.  Jaye Crockett and Jordan Tolbert both scored 14 points in the loss.

That brings us to Wednesday night's contest.  The Oklahoma Sooners come in supporting an 18-6 overall record and are 7-4 in conference play.  They are led by Buddy Hield who is averaging 17 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 2 assists per game.  As for the Red Raiders, Senior Jaye Crockett has been by far the most consistent player for first year head coach Tubby Smith.  He enters Wednesday night's game pouring in 14.7 points per game along with 6.5 rebounds.

The Red Raiders are looking for just their second win away from the United Spirit Arena when they head up to Norman.  Tip off for that game is set for 7pm on Wednesday from the Lloyd Noble Center in Oklahoma.
