Three days of UIL Football Championships wrapped up Saturday night at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington.  The central-site hosting system now used by UIL has helped boost crowds for the football title games.

Both Class 5A championship games had attendance in excess of 40,000. The Class 5A Division I Championship had an attendance of 48,379 and the Class 5A Division II Championship's was 42,621. In comparison, this year's Texas Tech- Baylor game attendance at Cowboys Stadium was 44,168 (h/t KFYO's Chad Hasty). All of the championship games, except Six-Man were played at Cowboys Stadium.

Also, FOX Sports Southwest's telecast of the Class 5A Division I Championship was broadcast nationwide via FOX Sports Net.
