Week 10 in the NFL saw some big-name quarterbacks go down with injuries. So which of their backups had the best performance?

On Sunday, Philly's Michael Vick looked to be improving and had the Eagles off to a good start, but he was knocked out with a concussion. In came Nick Foles. Besides a tipped ball and a clumsy fumble at the end of the game, Foles didn't look too bad. He threw for over 200 yards on 22-of-32 passing, with a touchdown to Jeremy Maclin.

The San Francisco 49ers also lost their starting quarterback to a big hit. Alex Smith went down, and up stepped Colin Kaepernick. Despite the game ending in a tie, Kaepernick carried his own. He rushed for 66 yards and a touchdown, and threw for 117.

Monday night saw Ben Roethlisberger sprain his shoulder, and former NFL starting quarterback Byron Leftwich came in. Pittsburgh ended up winning in overtime, and Leftwich threw for 73 yards. Roethlisberger's injury was pretty serious, so Leftwich will be getting the start in week 11.
