Who Will Finish with the Better Record in 2013 Between Texas Tech and Baylor? [FAN Poll of the Day]
When the 2013 season got started, if someone would have predicted that both Texas Tech and Baylor would be a combined 13-0 on the year and 7-0 in conference play at this point, many would have called them crazy. But that is the case as the Big 12 standings have both the Bears and the Red Raiders tied a top the conference with Texas thrown in there as they have yet to lose a game in the Big 12 as well.
Texas Tech and Baylor have been the talk of the Big 12 though as both teams were ranked in the BCS top ten as they came out with their first rankings of the season this past Sunday. The Bears sit at #8 in the standings while the Red Raiders round out the top ten with at the #10 spot.
Baylor’s offense has been the talk of the nation it seems as they are averaging 64.7 points per game. Texas Tech on the other hand has made their biggest statements on the defensive side of the ball as new defensive coordinator Matt Wallerstedt has his unit playing better than they have in recent years. These two teams will meet towards the end of the season in AT&T Stadium in Dallas on Saturday, November 16th. That brings us to our FAN poll of the day.
