The Houston Astros and the Texas Rangers are still trying to get use to being in the same division as each other.  That being said, Texas got the best of Houston last season as the wins over the Astros were one of the main reasons the Rangers where in the playoff hunt last year.  Ron Washington and company dominated the Astros last season, winning 17 of 19 games against a team that went 51-111 in manager Bo Porter's first year on the job. That matched the most wins against a single opponent since the divisional era began in 1969.

"They're a better team," Washington said. "They are another year older and they've got a real good leader in Bo Porter. The mistakes they might have made last year, they won't make as many this season. They will be able to hold on to games more than last year. They lost a lot of ballgames in the seventh inning on. I think they will be able to hold on to those leads because they've added some experience in the bullpen.

Scott Feldmen will take the mound for Houston tonight opposite one of the best young arms in the league in Yu Darvish.  First pitch for this series is set for Friday at 7:05pm from Globe Life Park in Arlington.  That brings us to our FAN poll of the day.
