A Texas county comes in with the second highest rate of binge drinking in the country.

OK, so Loving County only has 82 people, but they sure must be partying hard there!

According to a study from University of Washington, binge drinking has gone up from 8.2 percent considered heavy drinkers in 2012 to 18.3 percent in 2015.

So what's going on here? Well, the report continues to show how women's drinking habits are getting heavier and growing faster than men's. They're basically drinking like the men are now.

Counties with highest rates of binge drinking in 2012

  1. Menominee County, Wisconsin - 36 percent
  2. Loving County, Texas - 35.5 percent
  3. Nance County, Nebraska - 35 percent

Counties with lowest rates of binge drinking in 2012

  1. Madison County, Idaho 5.9 percent
  2. Utah County, Utah, 6.5 percent
  3. Hancock County, Tennessee, 7.1 percent.
