The weather in Texas is getting warmer which means Spring is almost here and that also means one of Texas' tastiest treat days is almost here. Texas loved restaurant Dairy Queen has announced that they will once again be celebrating the arrival of Spring with a sweet treat. On the official start of Spring, March 19, Dairy Queen will be celebrating their annual tradition of Free Cone Day.

On this day customers to all Dairy Queen locations will be able to indulge in the opportunity to get a free cone. Dairy Queen has been ringing in the incoming Spring for years with their free cone day as a way to gather people together and have them enjoy something together. Almost like a glimmer moment.

While March celebrates the arrival of Spring and Free Cone Day it also signifies St. Patrick's Day. This means that a classic Dairy Queen Blizzard has made its way back for March. Dairy Queen is serving their Mint Brownie Blizzard with blended brownie pieces, choco chunks, and cool mint for the Month of March in honor of St. Patrick's Day.

Dairy Queen is urging anyone who participates in Free Cone Day to take plenty of photos and use the hashtag #freeconeday on any and all social media posts or tags. What is your favorite Dairy Queen frozen treat? Let us know!
