The University of Texas handed out a contract extension to football coach Mack Brown Thursday that will keep Brown in burnt orange through 2020.

University regents voted to extend Brown four more years on his current contract, which was set to expire in 2016.

Brown is paid $5.2 million per year. He won't get any more money out of the deal, but will keep getting annual raises of $100,000 that are in his current contract.

The 60-year-old coach is 141- 39 in 14 seasons and won the 2005 national championship. University officials have repeatedly said they want Brown to stay at Texas as long as he wants.
