Texas Rangers Outfielder Nelson Cruz Allegedly Used PED’s
Texas Rangers outfielder Nelson Cruz is among a list of baseball stars who allegedly used Performance Enhancing Drugs (PED’s).
Cruz is among other Major League Baseball stars such as Alex Rodriguez and Melky Cabrera accused of getting PED treatment from a Miami clinic in 2012. The Miami New Times broke the story Tuesday morning.
The report names players from other sports in the three-month investigation of the Biogenesis lab which allegedly supplied the HGH to the athletes.
The story goes on to say that the owner of Biogenesis lab, Anthony Bosch built a network of PED distribution on the level of BALCO.
